Job Title: Technical Support Engineer.

Experience: Fresher"s & Experienced (0 to 4 yrs)

Technical Support - Voice based- 2nd Dec , 2011( Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

 Generally responsible for resolving operating system / Hardware (Desktops/Notebooks) & Network related issues.
 Expected to follow the Work Instructions as per geography to meet operational metrics.
 Expected to provide E2E support to customers for better customer experience.

Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline, 10+2 is not eligible. Experience: 0 - 4 years of work experience


Skills & Knowledge:

Technical Support Engineer should be well versed with operating systems and Hardware Components. He /She should upgrade technical skills with changing technology and should acquire technical certifications as per the business & career development.
